Crews were called to the area of Route 2 and Coldbrook Road near Maine Recovery in Hermon village at 8:00.

Officials say the lone vehicle left the road, hit an embankment, a utility pole, and a small business property.

The vehicle continued to roll several times before coming to a stop.

The only occupant of the vehicle was ejected, and pronounced dead at the scene.

Officials expect the road to be closed for some time Sunday, and that power may be interrupted.

No further information has been released.

The investigation is ongoing.
